This study aimed to understand how an engineering division transforms its practices attune hybrid teaching pedagogy in higher education. Specifically, it identify challenges encountered by lecturers and students these are responded to. Furthermore, was develop a model address problems teaching. The made use of qualitative research design gather in-depth insights about the problem generate new ideas for research. Theoretical sampling is used as prescribed grounded theory. It identifies participants which allows theory emerge supports conducting interviews with initial interview from head until saturation achieved. Results showed that recognized brought like unequal opportunity among be engaged class activities, inefficient support online students, technical issues platform, lack devices learning, additional time during weekend, unresponsive inability monitor low level readiness hesitation lecturers, unstable internet connection sound-related issues. solutions provision laptops, collaborative teaching, apps, gamification, audio-visual tutorial videos, school personal resources, repetition mastery. mechanism utilized addressing faced continuous professional development, informal sharing discussion colleagues, institutional in-house training.
